Towering Cherry Hinton-based defender who transferred to United along with the majority of City's youth scheme in the summer of 2006. He played regularly for the CRC side in the Ridgeon's Premier League during 2006/07 and was part of the youth team that progressed to the fourth round of the FA Youth Cup.
A 6ft 3ins centre half who is good in the air and on the ball, Josh is still developing physically and is expected to put pressure on the senior defenders as he makes progress during the new season.
Josh was one of three scholars to earn a pro deal at the end of last season, and he made his first team debut from the bench in the 2-2 draw against Halifax on 6th October 2007. His first start followed in the televised 1-0 defeat at Kidderminster in December, and he signed a new contract to 2010 a few days later.
