As previously announced, season ticket and match day admission prices will be increased for the 2008-09 season and the new prices were published here on Tuesday [article].

This is the first increase for four seasons and the Board of Directors have offered supporters who purchase their season ticket before 5pm today (Friday 25th April 2008) the opportunity to do so at this season's price.

The offer has been running for the last month and has proved extremely popular as a way for Cambridge United supporters to beat any increase and help the Club. Over 600 supporters have already bought their season tickets for next season and today is your last chance to take advantage of the offer.

As in previous seasons, season ticket income will be ring-fenced in a separate account and released to the club on a match-by-match basis throughout next season.

Prices for season tickets purchased before close of business today are shown below. The prices in brackets are the 2007/08 full season ticket prices and include a donation to our Youth Development Programme.

Head of Youth Development Jez George is extremely grateful to the supporters who have donated their early purchase discount to the youth programme, saying, "This gesture is really important to our youth development scheme, which is entirely self-funding.

"These donations could help us to fund the training and development of the next Josh Coulson, Robbie Willmott or Mikey Hyem."

From Saturday 26th April the 2008/09 season ticket prices come into effect, subject to a generous 'early purchase' discount available until Saturday 14th June. Thereafter the full prices come into effect. For maximum savings, buy your season tickets before 5pm on Friday.

Please note that the season ticket booklets will not be issued until July 2008.

As an additional benefit this season our partners from www.cufcmobile.co.uk will give every 100th season ticket applicant a free Pay As You Go mobile phone complete with £20 credit. These will be issued on every 100th application form received.
