Carols at the Abbey
Following the success of the last two years, Cambridge United are pleased to host their "Carols at the Abbey" event on Monday 17th December.
It will be a blend of traditional carols and readings with some community involvement - this year we welcome the children from Abbey Meadows school who will come and perform for us.
The Carols, as always, will be led by the Salvation Army Band, and we welcome back Graham Daniels to give us something to think about over the festive period.
This year we are linking up with Q103 and a bucket collection will be taken to support the Q103 Kids Charity. The Black Thunders will be present as well.
The event starts at 6.30pm and lasts for about an hour. Refreshments will be available afterwards to warm yourselves up, and if the last two years have taught us anything, it is to wrap up warm - it does get pretty cold!
In a change from previous years, tickets are not required, so simply turn up on the night and bring your family, friends, neighbours and work colleagues. It's free and it's great fun!
